A little about me

Thanks for stopping by. For the past 6 years, I’ve excelled in customer success teams at some of Australia’s top hotels. Recently, I joined the customer success team at Square, where I'm proud to be part of a team building a more inclusive economy for small businesses in Australia.

I have an unwavering passion and energy for people, which has proven a valuable asset in my career. I believe the best customer experiences come from genuine empathy, while always maintaining a friendly, positive and energetic character.

As a customer success advocate, I work closely with Square's sellers to proactively solve problems and empower them get the most out of Square and their business.  As part of my role, I help onboard business owners switching to Square and work with Square's Product teams to help make everything we do just a little bit better every day.

Hilton Melbourne
March 2021 – August 2021

Hilton Melbourne Little Queen Street

I was part of the founding (pre-opening) team of Melbourne’s brand new Hilton Hotel, where I supervise revenue and reservations operations. As part of the hotel launch, I was responsible for planning and implementing the hotel's exemplary customer service and reservations procedures, while providing leadership and training to the front office team.

West Hotel
February 2018 – March 2021

West Hotel Sydney, Curio Collection by Hilton

Hilton's new boutique West Hotel officially opened in January 2018. I was part of the founding (pre-opening) team, where I started as the Lead Reservations Agent for the Business Development team. I moved on to coordinate and supervise group reservations, working closely with the Revenue team as the key in-house contact for travel platforms and high-value corporate clients.

March 2016 – December 2017

Hilton Sydney

I started my journey in hotels at Hilton Sydney. This hotel is Hilton's largest flagship property in Australasia, with over 550 rooms and event spaces. During my time here, I worked in Guest Services, managing all customer-facing aspects of the business. I excelled in this role, consistently leading the high-performing team in monthly revenue targets 6 times in 18 months.
